Grilled eggplants

I love grilled eggplants! These ones I seasoned with Ras El Hanout - a typical Moroccan spice. The great thing about it: you can just throw them in the oven and they'll be ready in 30 minutes. That gives you enough time to prepare some side dishes such as Taboulé or hummus .

ingredients

  • 2 eggplants

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tbsp Ras el Hanout

Preparation

  • Cut the eggplants in half and cut the insides crosswise with a sharp knife.
  • Mix the olive oil with salt and Ras el Hanout and spread it on the eggplants.
  • Bake the eggplants in the oven at 220 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  • The grilled eggplants go well with Taboulé or hummus .
